Product Technical Marketing Engineer

Lead cross-functional teams to solve complex business issues and drive field product quality for Home inkjet products. Analyze data to generate insights, manage escalations, and ensure product improvements. You will also lead the deployment of new technologies and mentor less experienced staff.

• Drive field product quality and customer experience for Home inkjet products
• Lead moderate to high complexity projects and manage cross-functional teams
• Generate actionable insights through analysis of call, telemetry, sentiment, and return data
• Assess, prioritize, and drive field issues and escalations to resolution
• Feed forward learnings from current products to future programs
• Lead deployment and continuous improvement of new technologies and process automation
