Program Manager

As a Program Manager, you will lead complex, cross-functional programs, defining strategy, objectives, and integrated delivery plans. You will identify and manage program-level risks, facilitate decision-making with senior stakeholders, and drive the people side of change. This role requires creating clarity in ambiguous situations and leveraging data, automation, and AI tools to enhance program execution and outcomes.

• Lead major programs spanning multiple business areas, products, regions, or functions
• Define program strategy, roadmap, operating model, and governance
• Identify and manage program-level risks, issues, and dependencies
• Align senior stakeholders on priorities, scope, and outcomes
• Communicate program health, risks, and decisions to executives and teams
