As a Project Manager for New Product Development, you will lead cross-functional teams to bring innovative safety and security products from concept to market. You will manage project lifecycles, budgets, and timelines, ensuring successful product launches and driving Allegion's mission of creating peace of mind.

• Lead new product development projects from concept to production
• Manage cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, and Operations
• Develop project strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Track project progress, identify risks, and drive issues to closure
• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of new product development experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
