Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives for our omni-channel communications and document management platform. You will be responsible for coordinating teams, driving delivery momentum, and ensuring technology solutions meet business and customer needs in a digitally transforming organization.

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of complex technology initiatives
• Define program scope, objectives, and success measures
• Coordinate work across engineering, product, operations, security, and vendor teams
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and issues
• Establish clear governance and reporting for stakeholders
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical program management
