Project Manager - Product Lifecycle

Lead cross-functional product lifecycle projects, including new product development and design changes, from initiation to completion. Ensure projects align with business objectives, quality standards, and customer requirements in a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong project leadership and the ability to manage timelines, costs, risks, and resources effectively.

• Lead end-to-end project management for product initiatives (NPD, qualifications, design changes)
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements
• Build and lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Marketing
• Track and manage business case, schedule, cost, risk, and quality
• Facilitate gate reviews, executive updates, and stakeholder alignment
• Identify risks, drive mitigation plans, and escalate issues
