Manager, Technical Product Management

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead technology strategy for scientific discovery in their Therapeutics Discovery IT organization. This role involves partnering with scientists and technology teams to define product roadmaps, modernize workflows through automation and digital technologies, and deliver solutions that accelerate therapeutic discovery.

• Define and evolve technology strategy for screening, profiling, and compound logistics
• Develop product roadmaps aligned to scientific priorities and business objectives
• Identify opportunities to modernize scientific workflows with automation and digital tech
