Sr. Technical Program Manager

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive complex programs from ambiguity to successful delivery. You will leverage your expertise in agile methodologies, SDLC, and technical fluency to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and business stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds structure, and takes ownership of program outcomes.

• 6-7 years of Technical Program Management experience, preferably in fintech or SaaS
• Proven ability to build project charters and drive programs from ambiguity to delivery
• Proficiency with program management tools (Jira, Confluence) and agile methodologies
• Solid understanding of SDLC, infrastructure, architecture, and system design
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills
• High ownership mindset and genuine team player
