Project Manager

Radiance Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to manage a portfolio of projects for the Air Force Research Laboratory. This role involves collaborating with technical leads, industry partners, academia, and government stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes, manage costs and schedules, and represent the customer's interests. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, experience with DoD architectures, and the ability to develop innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage cost, schedule, and performance across a portfolio of projects
• Collaborate with tech leads, industry, academia, and government stakeholders
• Represent the customer with DoD innovation hubs and the Intelligence Community
• Develop, integrate, and coordinate technical solutions and operational demonstrations
• Create decision briefs, cost-benefit analyses, and technical roadmaps
• Support the design and testing of Future Warfighting Concepts
