Project Operations Analyst

Baxter is seeking a Project Operations Analyst to support project execution by managing daily operational, logistical, and administrative tasks. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure projects deliver maximum value to healthcare providers and patients, acting as the operational backbone for project managers.

• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes and status reports
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and potential risks
