Engineering Project Manager - Software

Airbus is seeking a technical Engineering Project Manager to lead software development projects for their Flexrotor Program. This role involves planning, resource allocation, and execution for distributed teams, bridging day-to-day engineering workflows with corporate roadmaps. You will manage project rhythm, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth, predictable delivery of complex software.

• Manage software project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery
• Develop and maintain integrated software project plans
• Track engineering activities and translate status into JIRA
• Coordinate software project activities across geographically distributed teams
• Identify and surface project risks, blockers, and dependencies
• Manage software engineering resource allocation and prioritization
