Program Manager

As a Program Manager at Bank of America, you will lead critical change initiatives that shape how the bank operates and serves its clients. • Oversee corporate change initiatives impacting bank operations and services
• Serve as primary contact for department managers on critical change initiatives
• Communicate, influence, and negotiate for resources across the organization
• Develop program controls, processes, and governance structures
• Monitor program execution, manage risks, and report to stakeholders
• Implement process improvements and automation
