Principal Product Manager (Technology)

Lead product strategy and execution for DaVita’s People Services Systems, focusing on solving key problems for teammates and leaders. You will own the product vision, drive discovery, and partner cross-functionally to deliver impactful improvements that enhance the employee experience.

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for People Services Systems
• Lead user research and problem framing to identify root causes
• Partner with business leaders and technical teams to deliver measurable outcomes
• Drive product delivery through cross-functional leadership and prioritization
• 8+ years in product management with experience in discovery and shipping products
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms and regulated environments preferred
