Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development and infrastructure projects within SOM's Office of Technology. This role focuses on building and managing technical workflows, enforcing project standards, and automating key operational tasks, reporting to the Office of Technology Leadership.

Lead end-to-end delivery of software development and infrastructure initiatives
Translate business requirements into technical controls and maintain project backlogs
Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
Create operational and procedural documentation including standards and runbooks
Coordinate with infrastructure and engineering teams on secure configuration standards
Implement and refine project management methodologies for team efficiency
