Program Manager

Flex is seeking a Program Manager to guide cross-functional teams in delivering customer-focused products and services. This role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and strategies to ensure value delivery and customer satisfaction. You will oversee interdepartmental activities, drive root cause analysis for customer issues, and manage the product lifecycle.

• Organize, plan, and direct program schedules and budgets
• Track relevant metrics and drive action items
• Oversee interdepartmental activities for product development timelines
• Manage product lifecycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for critical customer issues
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
