About this role

As a Program Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of the Service Desk, acting as the main point of contact for government stakeholders. You will provide strategic oversight for enterprise IT service desk operations, ensuring all contractual requirements, service level agreements, and performance standards are met.

What we are looking for

Manage overall program execution and successful delivery of the Service Desk
Serve as primary interface between contractor leadership and Government stakeholders
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, SLAs, and performance standards
Provide strategic oversight for enterprise IT service desk operations
Develop and implement Program Management Plan, Transition-In, and Transition-Out Plans
Minimum 10 years of experience managing enterprise IT operations or service desk programs in a federal environment

Work authorization

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Requires a Secret security clearance.
