Director Product Management

Target is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead strategic product portfolios focused on availability and guest fulfillment optimization. This role involves setting the vision, managing product roadmaps, and leading a team of product managers to enhance digital guest experiences, optimize fulfillment costs, and improve delivery accuracy. The position requires close collaboration with Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering teams to develop scalable, data-driven solutions.
