Senior Lead Product Manager, Enterprise

Klaviyo is looking for a Senior Lead Product Manager to define and execute the product strategy for their Enterprise platform. This role will focus on scaling the platform to meet the needs of large, data-driven brands by enhancing features like customer data unification, AI-driven automation, and ecosystem integrations. You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver a robust, scalable, and user-friendly enterprise CRM solution.

• Define 2-3 year vision for Klaviyo's Enterprise platform
• Translate company goals into OKRs and roadmaps for Enterprise adoption
• Represent voice of global customers in strategic product discussions
• Deliver capabilities for B2C CRM for Enterprise, including data unification and AI automation
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, and other teams
• Act as a central point of coordination for enterprise commitments
