Product Technical Leader

As a Product Technical Leader at Valeo, you will be accountable for the technical success of headlight or tail light development projects. You will lead and synchronize R&D teams, serve as the primary technical point of contact, and manage project risks and budgets to ensure timely delivery of high-quality automotive components.

• Lead technical activities for automotive lighting development projects
• Synchronize R&D contributors and manage project targets
• Serve as the main technical contact internally and externally
• Control R&D effort, costs, and engineering changes
• Proactively manage technical risks and problem-solving
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5+ years of automotive R&D experience
