Associate, Product Manager

Hamilton Lane, a global leader in private markets, is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join their Innovation Team. In this role, you will partner with business leaders, primarily in Operations, HR, and Finance, to identify technology needs, define practical solutions, and improve how work gets done. You will serve as a product owner, shaping the firm's technology roadmap from discovery through implementation and ongoing performance.

• Partner with Operations, HR, and Finance leaders to understand business objectives and user needs
• Translate business needs into product requirements, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs
• Lead buy-versus-build evaluations and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Serve as Product Manager and product owner for assigned platforms and internally built applications
• Guide products from concept through implementation and post-launch improvement
• 3-5 years of relevant product, business analysis, or transformation experience
