(USA) Staff, Technical Program Manager

Lead complex technology initiatives from inception to completion by coordinating cross-functional teams and managing program delivery. You will drive process improvements, ensure alignment with business objectives, and contribute to advancing Walmart's technical capabilities through strategic programs. This role requires strong program management, agile methodologies, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

• Define goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths for complex programs
• Secure cross-functional commitments and manage dependencies
• Provide technical oversight including architecture, SRE, and resiliency planning
• Resolve ambiguity, remove blockers, and align stakeholders
• Track milestones, budgets, quality metrics, and risks
• Communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership
