About this role

PTC is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategic investments in our Service Engineering and Arbortext portfolio. You will define and drive the next generation of our Service Engineering and Technical Publications solutions, focusing on AI-powered authoring and content lifecycle management. This role requires a blend of deep domain expertise, technical acumen, and a passion for leveraging AI to solve complex business challenges.

What we are looking for

Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Service Information and Arbortext solutions
Engage with customers, partners, and field teams to understand market opportunities
Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and prioritized backlogs
Evaluate emerging technologies and opportunities to leverage AI and automation
Partner with R&D and UX teams to deliver innovative, AI-powered solutions
Experience with DITA 2.0, PLM, SLM, and technical publications workflows
