Product Manager – OpenLab Software Products

Agilent is seeking a Product Manager to define and manage software maintenance, upgrade, entitlement, and support offerings for their OpenLab CDS portfolio. This role involves owning product strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and lifecycle management to drive customer success and recurring revenue growth.

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Software Maintenance Agreements
• Drive customer value and adoption through understanding customer needs
• Lead cross-functional execution with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams
• Grow commercial performance through pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies
• Manage product lifecycle and migration initiatives
• Enable organizational readiness through product launches and training
