Engineering Product Lifecycle Senior Manager

Boeing Defense, Space and Security is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Configuration and Data Management for Autonomous & Maritime Programs. This role involves managing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for Integrated Product Data Management (IPDM) deployment, driving continuous improvement in PLM processes and tools within a regulated engineering data environment. The position requires transformational leadership and collaboration across organizational boundaries to ensure data quality and support manufacturing, engineering, and customer commitments.

• Lead and manage a team supporting Proprietary, Autonomous & Maritime Programs
• Serve as SI&WS PLM Project leader for IPDM deployment
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance team, process, and tool performance
• Provide education and guidance on PLM processes and tools
• Oversee process documentation and ensure compliance with engineering data standards
• Lead process improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
