Technical Program Manager

As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and contractual obligations. You will establish program governance, integrate cross-functional workstreams, and provide executive leadership with clear visibility into progress, risks, and financial health. This role requires independent drive, rigorous issue resolution, and effective communication between program teams and senior leadership.

• Own end-to-end program delivery and quality, aligning with business objectives
• Define and implement program-level governance, risk, and issue management
• Drive program-level decision-making by framing options, risks, and trade-offs
• Manage program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project management teams
• Translate complex program data into clear, actionable insights for executive reporting
