Technology Mgr, Quality Systems, Analyst

Lead the technology capabilities for enterprise quality systems within Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes division. This role involves managing a team, owning the product roadmap for quality platforms, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in a MedTech environment.

• Manage a team of individual contributors and supervisors
• Own and execute the product roadmap for enterprise quality systems
• Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity requirements
• Oversee analytics and reporting for quality data
• Direct integration of quality systems with ERP, PLM, and manufacturing systems
• Manage vendor relationships and serve as technology point of contact for audits
