About this role
As a Program Manager within Diageo's Global Business Operations, you will drive strategic transformation initiatives focused on simplifying customer operations and enhancing customer experience through digital capabilities. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project lifecycles, and ensure the successful delivery of measurable outcomes aligned with program objectives.
What we are looking for
6- Manage complex, cross-functional transformation programs from initiation to delivery
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, budgets, and roadmaps
- Establish and operate effective program governance and RAID management
- Drive Agile ways of working and continuous improvement in delivery processes
- Partner with global stakeholders across Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology
- Track business outcomes, KPIs, and measurable value delivered through initiatives
