Associate, Talent Development

Invenergy seeks an Associate, Talent Development to design, execute, and facilitate training initiatives for employees at all levels. This role focuses on enhancing employee skills and organizational performance by developing learning experiences and fostering a learning culture. The position is based in Chicago, IL.

• Design and develop training and development programs
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles
• Manage learning management system (LMS) content and administration
• Curate external eLearning content
• Collaborate with HR and internal stakeholders
• Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design and learning development
