Senior Business Systems Analyst - Product Owner

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst and Product Owner for Medi-Span at Wolters Kluwer Health, you will be the primary liaison between Product Management and an engineering team in Pune. You will translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories, manage the product backlog, and ensure successful product delivery. This role requires strong analytical skills, business systems analysis expertise, and effective stakeholder communication.

• Own and maintain the backlog for one Pune development team
• Lead requirement refinement activities and support planning, prioritization, and delivery readiness
• Translate business requirements into implementation-ready specifications
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of business requirements, workflows, and system functionality
• Serve as a liaison between Product Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and other stakeholders
• Support user acceptance testing and release readiness activities
