Senior Director, Product and PMO

Lead product strategy, roadmap execution, and project governance for data, mobile, voice, and ancillary products at Astound, a telecommunications provider. This role ensures alignment between product innovation, business objectives, and disciplined project delivery to drive predictable execution and measurable business impact.

• Define and execute long-term product vision and roadmap
• Lead product portfolio management and prioritization
• Oversee product lifecycle management from concept to optimization
• Establish and maintain a high-performing Project Management Office (PMO)
• Develop portfolio governance frameworks and standardized delivery processes
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between IT, Network, Marketing, Sales, and Operations
