Lead Software Engineering Program Manager

HP IQ, an AI innovation lab, is seeking a Lead Software Engineering Program Manager to drive the end-to-end execution of complex, cross-device AI product programs. This role requires ownership of program delivery from concept to launch, managing software, hardware, and firmware teams in a fast-paced, startup-like environment within a global organization.

• Own delivery end-to-end (concept to launch)
• Drive execution across software, hardware, and firmware teams
• Manage hardware timelines, bring-up, validation, and integration risks
• Build and run program operating mechanisms
• Create clarity in ambiguous situations and drive decisions
• Identify and mitigate risks early
