Product Development Program Manager

As a Product Development Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams through the stage-gate development process for new chiller products. You will manage programs from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery against targets for budget, quality, performance, and time to market. This role requires technical expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse, globally distributed teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 3 years of project management experience
