Digital Product Manager

As a Digital Product Manager at Allstate, you will define, deliver, and manage the lifecycle of digital products, focusing on enhancing the customer claims journey. You will collaborate with stakeholders, utilize human-centered design principles, and drive product strategy to maximize customer and enterprise value.

• Define and manage digital product lifecycles and roadmaps
• Utilize product discovery and human-centered design to validate assumptions
• Own and manage the product backlog, including user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate daily with software engineering teams in an Agile environment
• Contribute to go-to-market and communication strategies for new products
• Analyze data and customer feedback to inform product strategy
