HR Business Partner II

Sedgwick is seeking an executive-level Managing Director of Product Management to own the business unit's product strategy, portfolio performance, and long-term value creation. This role involves setting enterprise product vision, guiding capital allocation, and ensuring product investments align with corporate strategy and market positioning. You will provide executive leadership across product, technology, and business functions, partnering with the C-suite on growth and transformation initiatives.

• Define and own BU product vision and multi-year strategic roadmap
• Govern enterprise demand intake, prioritization, and capital allocation
• Partner with executive leadership to translate corporate strategy into product investments
• Establish and govern the enterprise product operating model
• Oversee portfolio performance and financial outcomes
