Associate Director, Technology Product Management

As an Associate Director, Technology Product Management for Medi-Span, you will own product strategy for the North America Commercial market and lead roadmap direction for key product areas. This role involves partnering with Sales on commercial opportunities, translating market evidence into clear priorities, and ensuring successful product delivery from discovery through launch. You will lead a team of Product professionals and collaborate across multiple departments to drive growth and customer value.

• Own Medi-Span product strategy for North America Commercial market
• Lead strategy and roadmap for assigned product areas (drug pricing, supply chain, dispensing, patient info)
• Serve as primary Product partner for Commercial Sales opportunities
• Translate customer, market, and competitive evidence into product priorities
• Lead, coach, and develop Product team members
• 10+ years in healthcare technology/software products with product leadership
