Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy and continuous improvement of our Core HCM capabilities within Workday, focusing on the Hire to Retire process. You will collaborate with global leaders and cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes, enhance employee experience, and build a high-quality product roadmap. This role blends product management with process ownership, requiring you to define what we build and how underlying HR processes function.

• Own Workday Core HCM product strategy and roadmap, focusing on Change Job, Termination, and data management
• Translate business needs into product requirements and user stories
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and manage the product backlog
• Assess and standardize global HR processes for consistency and compliance
• Drive process simplification, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Minimum 7 years of experience in HR technology product management or process ownership
