About this role

Lead the delivery and operations of critical internal platforms, including API Gateways and Kafka, that power applications across Cisco. You will partner with global engineering, SRE, and security teams to ensure reliable platform services, coordinate operations, and drive AI-enabled program management practices. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder management, and leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and reporting.
