About this role

As an Associate Product Quality Analyst, you will become a quality expert for assigned product lines, analyzing customer feedback and product data to ensure Uline's high standards are met. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to investigate and resolve quality concerns, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.

What we are looking for

Analyze customer comments and product returns to improve product quality
Partner with product managers, purchasing, and warehouse teams to address quality concerns
Work with vendors to facilitate product returns and credits
Assist with new product and vendor quality checks
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
