Lead Software Developer

Geotab is seeking a Lead Software Developer to design, build, and maintain high-throughput, scalable applications. This role involves leading development efforts, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions in the connected transportation industry.

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, reliable code
• Develop high throughput, performance critical, scalable applications
• Lead the development of scalable code, prototypes, and PoCs
• Take ownership of complex, long-term projects and ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with other development teams on feature design and implementation
• Mentor other developers and provide expert project leadership
