• Triage and structure incoming HR system requests and enhancement ideas
• Convert validated needs into detailed problem statements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Assess scope, impact, priority, dependencies, and risks across HR systems
• Coordinate business validation and end-user testing
• Maintain accurate records and provide transparent status updates
• Collaborate with product, HRIT, and vendor teams
