Senior Technical Product Manager

Level is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to join their Engineering department in Seattle. This role focuses on translating complex technical requirements into product roadmaps, bridging the gap between engineering, design, and business stakeholders. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, ensuring technical soundness and strategic alignment.

• Own and maintain product roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs
• Partner with engineering on technical discovery, scoping, and risk assessment
• Drive alignment across engineering, design, marketing, and leadership
• Author detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination
• Define and track product KPIs, using data for iteration and improvement
