Product Marketing Mgr

nVent is seeking a Product Marketing Manager in Bangalore to drive market assessments, competitive analysis, and new product introductions. This role involves defining regional product roadmaps, developing business cases, and leading go-to-market strategies to maximize product line performance and achieve KPIs.

• Build market assessments including segmentation, competitive analysis, and customer needs
• Conduct market research and VOC tactics
• Define 3-year regional product roadmap based on VOC and market trends
• Lead new product introductions, marketing campaigns, and sales plans
• Manage product lifecycle, rationalization, and localization
• Develop value propositions and market-based pricing strategies
