Engineering Product Manager

As an Engineering Product Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of significant improvements to Cisco's operational capabilities, focusing on sales and partner incentives. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to on-time delivery, leveraging data analytics to drive decisions and ensure operational readiness for new business models.

• End-to-end ownership of Goal-to-Cash processes
• Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into PRDs and user stories
• Utilize data analytics for root cause analysis and corrective action
• Drive operational readiness for next-generation business models and recurring revenue
• Provide program and project leadership, managing risks and roadblocks
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in business operations or IT consulting
