Senior Product Program Manager

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Senior Product Program Manager to join their new Product Program Management function. You will guide product initiatives through the development lifecycle, manage planning and delivery rhythms, identify and resolve risks, and support business needs. This role involves close collaboration with Product Leaders, Product Operations, and Engineering to ensure successful product delivery and help build the function's processes and norms.

• Guide programs through the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and its gates
• Run planning and delivery rhythms for product pods
• Identify and resolve program risks, dependencies, and blockers
• Support business needs including budget, vendor coordination, and executive reporting
• Collaborate with Product Leaders, Product Operations, and Engineering
• Help build the Product Program Management function's playbooks and norms
