Principal Product Manager

You will own the end-to-end engagement and monetization charter, driving deeper customer reliance and converting that relationship into value. This hands-on role requires strong product and growth instincts, fluency in AI-powered workflows, and a passion for building innovative solutions.

• Own Joy.ai engagement and monetization charter end-to-end
• Drive free-to-paid conversion and upgrade paths
• Develop proactive and personalized customer engagement strategies
• Build conviction through demos, experiments, and customer discovery
• 8+ years of product management experience
• Track record of 0-to-1 product development
