Sr. Program Manager, HR Technology

Lennar is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to oversee their HR Technology portfolio, including Workday, ServiceNow, and other HR applications. This player-coach role involves setting delivery cadence, managing the roadmap, owning release and change management, and holding vendors accountable, with a focus on influence and follow-through.

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability for the HR Technology portfolio
• Build and maintain an integrated roadmap sequencing projects and releases
• Own demand intake and prioritization, including business case validation
• Manage portfolio financials, including budget planning and forecast tracking
• Own the HR Technology release calendar and run the release lifecycle
• Manage HR Technology vendors and implementation partners
