Staff Technical Program Manager

Box is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead complex, high-impact programs focused on integrating AI into their content management platform. You will drive cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution, optimizing business operations and delivery for Engineering and Product teams. This role requires a proactive, self-driven individual with strong technical program management experience and the ability to influence executive leadership.

• Manage and drive execution of strategic, cross-functional technical programs
• Foster operational excellence and drive organizational transformation with AI-first processes
• Partner with executive leadership to influence product roadmaps and drive change
• Mentor and coach other Technical Program Managers
• Bring structure to ambiguity and proactively manage risks and dependencies
• Leverage technical expertise to solve complex problems and prioritize challenges
