Technical Product Manager

SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of customer-facing digital products. This role connects business needs with technical implementation to enhance the customer experience for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical supplies. The position requires a strong technical background, strategic vision, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Conduct user and market research to guide product strategy and roadmaps
• Drive strategy, discovery, and implementation of customer-facing features and system integrations
• Manage site search strategy, including relevance tuning and zero-results recovery
• Lead CX platform strategy and assess technology stack
• Own the product backlog, creating user stories and technical documentation
• Collaborate with developers to define technical requirements and ensure feasibility
