About this role

As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead a large team to execute mission-critical systems for the RAM Program, directly influencing resource allocation and managing costs to meet budget targets. You will engage directly with customers, contribute to technology roadmaps, and ensure the successful execution of program goals from initiation through closeout in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Manage day-to-day execution and collaborate across leadership teams
Lead diverse teams of technical and non-technical professionals
Participate in roadmap discussions and incorporate industry experience
Lead program status meetings covering finance, staffing, and invoicing
Partner with Business Development to identify opportunities and mitigate risk
Coordinate with Agile teams to manage and improve development processes
