Sr. Product Manager

Littelfuse is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the global strategy and profitable growth for their Solar Fuse and High-Speed Fuse product portfolios. This role involves developing product roadmaps, driving new product development, managing financial performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful commercialization and market leadership in industrial technology manufacturing.

• Lead global strategy for Solar and High-Speed Fuse product portfolios
• Develop and maintain 3-5 year product and technology roadmaps
• Drive new product development and commercialization
• Own revenue, gross margin, and portfolio profitability
• Develop global operations, capacity, and supply strategies
• Build strategic relationships with key customers and partners
