Project Manager, Engineering

As an Engineering Project Manager, you will lead critical capital and technical initiatives to enhance plant reliability, safety, and efficiency across multiple facilities. You will develop and execute long-term master plans, manage significant capital budgets, and ensure successful project delivery from conception to completion. • Lead capital and technical initiatives for plant reliability, capacity, safety, and efficiency
• Develop and execute 2-3 year capital master plans
• Manage capital project execution from design through closeout
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and contractors
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and EHS standards
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; 3-5 years capital project management experience preferred
